His former Harvard Business School professor recalls George W. Bush not just as a terrible student but as spoiled, loutish and a pathological liar.
"He showed pathological lying habits and was in denial when challenged on his prejudices and biases. He would even deny saying something he just said 30 seconds ago. He was famous for that. Students jumped on him; I challenged him." When asked to explain a particular comment...Bush would respond, "Oh, I never said that."

Bush 43 is proof positive that for certain well connected students an Ivy League education means nothing.

Tell that to my cousin who worked his ass off to get into Cornell.
But you are right about rich kids who's fathers attended or they got in with big connections and donations to the school.

Blacks, hispanics and native americans get affirmative action you dumbass.
Asian kids are hurt more by affirmitive action than even white kids when seeking admission, as their spots seem to get replaced by blacks and hispanics. Infact there was a Princeton study done on affirmative action hurting asians.
Read and learn, Gi-Joe.
A 2005 study by Princeton sociologists Thomas J. Espenshade and Chang Y. Chung compared the effects of affirmative action on racial and special groups at three highly selective private research universities. The data from the study represent admissions disadvantage and advantage in terms of SAT points (on the old 1600-point scale):
Blacks: +230
Hispanics: +185
Asians: –50
Recruited athletes: +200
Legacies (children of alumni): +160

Amazing isn't it? You go to Yale and you figure no one will ever be able to call you on your education. LOL

Certain legacies have a clear path through the Ivy Leagues no matter how good a student they are or how much work they do. There's a reason Harvard's endowment is so massive.
