Liza Hughes will be making her pro debut and Julie Childs will be looking to defend her title.

The Pro Fitness is in conjuction with the NPC show. The pre-judging for the pro fitness girls, which includes one piece, two piece and their 45 sec routines, starts in the AM at 10.
The finals, where they do their fabulous 2 minute routines, starts at 7 PM.

I am trying to get more involved with the Fitness board. Ron asked me to get things going on these boards so they aren't so boring for the ladies. What do you want to see going on here? I'm a bodybuilder so I don't have a lot of knowledege about fitness. I want to make this a lively board for all, so please help me out with topics etc...I would love PM's from anyone who has ideas!!!!

Hey everybody ... just got back from the pre's and you can minus Amy Haddad from the line up and add Stacy Simons to the line up. Just from the two rounds that I saw ( did not see the 45 sec routines ) I would have Tracey Greenwood winning. Her physique is ON !!!!
