				hallo
 i have a back injury and hopefully i will return on June 1
 After that i will do a cycle....propably winstrol /boldenone/clen (by the way can you suggest a come-back cycle please????)
 
 Thing is i dont want to lose my gains or catabolise and look like sh1t for summer
 so i m keeping my diet as clean as possible using as supplement protein/amnoacids/vit E/Vit C
 
 Should i use some deca or sthing like to protect my gains and not lose much during the 2months that ill be away from gym?Maybe i will gain fat?
 Doc told me that i will be off the gym and im out of my mind and also use roids only when ill return to training and not before.
 
 Please advise,i m really interested on your opinions
 (stats: 29 years/83kgs/10-12% bdfat/done 4 or 5 cycles so far)

				I don't think you'll lose too much in two months. The thing I'd be more worried about is getting fat - you'll be less active so your calories will need to be less.

				my diet is:
 
 morning: yogurt with honey
 later protein shake
 
 noon: chicken breast and boiled brocoli (or fish)
 later: protein shake
 
 dinner: tuna or low fat serial with lowfat milk
 
 plus:
 1000mg vitC
 1000mg vit E
 zinc before bed
 lots of coffee at work :-)

				Let me see if I can sum up your post: You want to know if there's any gear you can take to preserve the muscle mass you have right now? While you're sidelined because of your injury.

				I would not advise taking any AAS...unnecessary. But if you wanted to run a small course of GH, more power to you.

 Demand a MRI if necessary, it can save grief down the road.

 YOu can make some stuff a lot worse by loading it.
