Could a few of you guys take a look at my log and give me some of your input? I'd like to know your opinion on wether or not I'm over training my triceps or not.

People can't tell if you are overtraining your Tris from your log. Everyone is different, you need to be able to go off of feel. What makes you think you might be?

my arm make up is about 1/2 bi and 1/2 tri instead of my triceps eclipsing my bi's. They just don't seem to be growing no matter what I do to them. I can move big numbers but still no size.

what is your protein intake like, what exercises are you doing and what is your rep range?
