Title: Torn ACL, LCL or MCL
Post by: littleguns on April 04, 2007, 06:01:51 AM
Maybe someone can shed some light. Been having a nagging knee injury for the last 6 months or so. Generally when I do legs one knee will hurt for days but will generally clear up by the next leg workout. As of recently it has not really gotten any better.

Played racquetball and thing I really aggrevated it. I have a slight popping every nce and a while. Does not hurt to walk but when I am getting out of a chair or going up stairs, this is when it really hurts.

Been taking Advil to cover the inflamation....Does this sound like I tore something?

Something that lingers, is chronic and doesn't go away should be seen by a doctor. Pain killers will only mask the problem.
