I was asking God to make my 2007 blessed by joining me with Milos Team ;) and finally Milos agreed to Open the door and list me up among his team.....
So he gonna set a plan for my coming shows which is the Europe Tour with PDI.....
its such an honor to be Trained by Milos, i already saw the best results On my 2 old friends from Malaysia who joined in the Asian games with undefeated condition and size plus many other high level Pro's who worked with Milos.....

its too bad that i am too far CA but we are arranging a short visit (about a week or so) to his gym and do things in person.......

Those guys look FANTASTIC!!!! That is what true bodybuilding is about. I believe this picture below is the same guy on the right in milos pic. This is what a true bodybuilder should look like.

My two dear friends from Malaysia - Teck Liaw Leong and Samad Sazali.
I worked with them for 4 months last year - and I was amazed with both of them.
True professionals while still having amateur status.
Sazali (on the right) was robbed at the Asian Games and received Silver medal in 65 kg category even though he completely OUTCLASSED his competition (something that I am actually going to prove to the IFBB officials in the very near future...as Mr. Paul Chua "sold" his gold medal before the competition even started...)

we agree on this buttsuck, have you tried any workout from Milos's website ?
one of his back workout is incredible, 4 giant sets of 4 exercise, I never had such a massive pump in my lats

Actually i haven't. I am trying to match my offseason lifts now at a lighter bodyweight and im getting closer but for prepping for a show id say milos work outs are an excellent idea. Minmal rest embetween sets, high volume, and light weight.

Maybe Ron can tell us why the PDI pros aren't classified as pros on GETBIG. They are paid and Lee is classified as pro and he is now with the PDI not the IFBB.

Come on Ron they might not be IFBB pros but they are Pros in the PDI's eyes so they should all be classified as pros here also.

Sami, you don't need to make any improvements! Why do bodybuilders always get in the habit of thinking they need to improve once they turn pro? ALL pros have enough muscle to do well in competition. The only requirement is coming in hard.
Was Shawn Ray the only pro who realized he did not need to make any significant improvements in his career to place well? How many pros get the idea in their head to keep getting bigger and bigger and how many of them do well as a result of that?

That attitude won't win you the Olympia.
The guys who win the Olympia are the ones who can go from outstanding amateurs to freaks without ruining their symmetry, proportion and condition.

yeah, the only thing i see is that his back is very narrow , it has great detail and decent thickness it just doesn't spread out enough, i think Frey is kind of overrated, looks kind of lanky up there, great physique though.

Hey Mozza, thanks alot and i would love to stand on IFBB stage IF they be a bit easy on the athletes or on the rules that they r working on :-\ the athletes Cant do any shows with another federation or even a guest poser.. then u see Vince taylor doing a guest poser with NABBA!! then they BUST Lee priest for moving to PDI..!!

yeah the FIBO will be from 19th till 23 April.... i will be there under Maximum Fital Nutrition and i will pose there as well.. so yeah u might find me in thier booth where Mr. Wayne gonna be there as well ;D
