all beer contains the two same ingrediants
liquid courage and the ability to magically turn a 6 into a 10

Has no nutritional value, only dead calories.
That's what makes it so good.

You will find most the time that alcohol will not have a nutrtional information section as it is not classed as a food or requirement of a diet or something like that...
thats how it is here in New Zealand anyhow...... you will find the odd beer like guiness that has a full breakdown or nutrition.....maybe cos doctors reccomend stout sometimes...who knows
obviously its not compulsory

As a general rule, a pint of 'normal' strength beer - eg.fosters, carling, has around 180-200 calories. A pint of stronger beer, like kronenberg or stella, has around 250 calories. But i would much rather drink the stronger stuff - the weaker stuff dont get me pissed :)

Anyone ever notice... On friday if you go out and bang down 12+ beers, then workout on saturday... your muscles pump bigger than anyother day of the week.
I think its a mixture of dehydration and taking superpump250
