When you press start, make sure the lid is secure.
Also, dont blend in one go
Use small bursts of power to really grind up those ingredients!

Go to the front counter of the gym, tell the hot bitch what you want, tell her what "super secret" ingredients you want in it, pay her 8 bucks, feel guilty about keeping the other 2, so put it in her tip jar and voila! you got a smoothie! Wait, I like your way better, I have an old blender Bluto, tell me what kind I should get, I love smoothies!

1 cup of uncooked oats
ice, a lil ice water as well
a lil splenda
good post workout shake

do the oats blend up smooth? i think with my blender it would taste very chalky

Blend the oats first in a dry blender. They will come out as smooth as flower if you have a good blender, and will not taste chalky at all. I usually use 3/4 - 1 cup of oats. Really good.

fill up the blender half with ice.
add 4-5 scoops of Optimum Nutrition's Whey ( cheap about $25 for 5lbs )
add 1 scoop of glutamin powder
add 1 scoop of dextrose
add 1 scoop of creatine
add a few strawberries ( optional )
add 1-2 bannanas ( optional )
add some skim milk or soy milk.
blend
If it has trouble blending add a little more milk, but not too much that it waters it down.
drink direct from blender ( do not pour into glasses )

4-5 scoops of protein powder? who need 100 grams of protein at one time. that's way too much
