How did you get that color from black and white since it was taken in like what 1920...

still training everything above my waist, lol. torn meniscus in knee, doc won't fix it because of arthritis under kneecap from 30 years of lifting.
I began my diet for the summer 2 weeks ago, i'll post new pics upon completion. i'm still in good shape, have to drop about 10 pounds, at about 234 now.

no hate here, thats a good double bi, the lat spread needs work but only from a "how to pose" sense not muscle.
