I thought the NPC banned constumes? Maybe this isn't an NPC show but this is just ridiculous. I am tired of seeing these people humiliate themselves along with everyone else attatched to the sport/ pagent/ beauty contest / whatever the hell you getbiggers want to call it.

Looks to be a guest posing routine, and if so it was rather entertaining.  Better than the usual pacing the stage and walking the audience.
