yes swimmer, anyone can be ripped at 150 lbs you don’t( look a the picture on the news about the African kids, they all have abs) impress me at all , join the 220 lbs club and have abs then I will be impress mean while you look like a model for gay mags. This year I'm not playing size game, my goal is to have the best condition ever but it look like I will be about 235, I'm 248 4.7 BF, yes Dave is helping me out this year and the difference its very noticeable, who is your guy?
