Should you inject some air in the vacuumed sealed vial before reconstituting with bw water?  I just read on a site about HGH that you should draw up air into a 5ml syring and let it draw down in the GH vial so when you put int he BW water you can control the rate of flow.

Just keep your thumb on the plunger so you can push alittle back on it  and you can control the flow without any problems.
I never pushed air inside a gh vial before putting the bac. water in..
