when trying to cut:
how many cals u looking at burning on the treadmill? 1000 per day?

stay on it for an hour atleast if it says your burn 1000 you are probably burning 1500 . . if you want to get cut fast do 1hour of treadmill 1 hour of bike

got bike, i think 1000 a day should cut it. does lee do 3 hrs? 1 hr = about 500 cals.

um, sort of depends on how many calories a day you are taking in nitwit, do you know anything about bodybuilding?
Guess not since you look like a biscuit. I can give you a tip, whatever you were doing before taking those biscuit pictures of you, um, that don't work.

The number of calories you burn depend on a number of variables, a few very important ones that you left out is weight, BMR, age, etc. I personally couldn't do an hour on a bike, my ass would get sore and my balls would go numb. For that length of time I think a treadmill is much more comfortable though I personally prefer the stairmill.

interval training is awesome.
1 minute at 4.5 mph, 1 minute at 1.5 mph.
Repeat 15 times. And each "fast minute", raise the incoline one degree.
By the end, you'll be going 4.5 mph at a 15 degree incline.

hahahahahahahahahaha, no one burns 1000 calories on the treadmill, you'd either have to be on the thing for half the day or run at a 4 minute mile pace for two hours. ::)

It all depends how quickly you are looking to lose fat. In most cases you don't even need a treadmill. Infact i would recommend doing no cardio unless you are serverly overweight. If you stay lean year round at about 10% a controled low calorie diet along with intense weight training will be more then enough. Also try drinking 2-3 gallons of water a day.

first of im not gona starve maself. i eat prob 2 x a day maybe 3 i dnt eat any junk food, we talkin chicken and rice. got me some bronkaid, so i will go on the treadmill after i use it, i dnt mind puttting in 2 hrs a day, it keeps me from other bad habits! Now say i was a bb preparing for a contest how many cals does he eat from say 3 meals? about 3000? now how much should i burn on the tread? 1000 ? 500? 1500?
Sorry adonis but its my body, and id rather not experiment with ya principles. id rather do GH slin than try them.

Why 3 meals a day....its not enough and 2 definately isn't enough ??
Whats up with the bronkaid?
Do you know exactly how many calories you take in on a 3 meal day?
What are the protein,carb,fat,ratio's?
How much water do you drink?
Have you calculated your BMR?
Do you weigh yourself once a week on the same scale at the same time of day wearing the same clothes ?
Do you measure your bodyfat once a weak and calculate your lean mass? This is the only way you know if you dropped fat or muscle.
How many times a week do you hit the weights?
How much cardio are you currently doing?
Whhat time of the day do you perform cardio?
Is the cardio done on an empty stomach or do you usually eat before?
What kind of rice are you eating?
