Shawn Ray was going to co-host the 2007 BFE but could not make it… Good thing Shawn has a booble head to be there when he is not!

BFE stands for Boise Fitness Expo, which was the event on Friday night before we went with Cutler and others to eat at the Old Chicago restaurant in downtown Boise.

It varies, although less now that I have two small kids.  In two weeks, will be going to the Orange County Muscle Classic, as well as Max Muscle Venice's Jay Cutler renaming. After that, not exactly sure, most likely the California Champions, then the Colorado Pro, and so on...   definately the Olympia, that is one of the best shows and expos around to meet people, and have a good time.

I am pretty sure that bb.com created the Boise Fitness Expo, I think this is its 5th year.  It was really packed, I figure at least 2,000+ people went through the doors, although only about 1,200 at one time in the place. Even the fake Austin Powers was there.
