okay okay, since apparently none of you know the story...

the guy in that video's name is zane and he posts on another board i frequent, his wife and his daughter all strength train. he and a bunch of people were joking around about how since a shirt is just tight at the chest you could make one out of duct tape and a t-shirt and it would work fine. we all laughed and said no way, so zane decided to actually make one and see if it was possible.

as the video shows, it actually worked. it was a JOKE, people. yeesh.

I read that on the other board as well Magoo....

Too bad you didn't post earlier; as we speak, Dave is sitting at the end of the bench going "hard to breathe but I can do it", look on each side at his "275 load" and psyching himself up from the tape smell...
