i mean there have been instances in the past that resulted in the change in the political world.the movie birth of a nation actually gave rise to the second ku klux klan and it was one of the strongest of all with 6 million members.also zack de la rocha of rage against the machine actually spoke in front of a whole UN assembly regarding the case of mumia abu jamal and few months later mumias death sentence was coverted to life imprisonment because of that speech.also most of spike lees movie revolve around racism.there are a lot of instances like these.so are these controversial moves by celebrities is done for publicity or do they really do for a cause?
