Title: The '300' Workout

Having just seen the movie '300' and impressed with the physiques of the "Spartans", I was curious how they built up these actors.  Here is a link to information on the workout and a video.  Pretty interesting that they didn't use the standard weight-training that most of us do daily and rather did core work for functional muscles.  With the popularity of the movie, it is only a matter of time before this type of training enters your gym.

Looks pretty hard, especially as some of these guys would have been new to deadlifting etc.

I am alwasy impressed with actors that will go to these lengths.

You are right it might become popular in gym, the 300 workout done 2-3 times a week.
