There should be exceptions.  My sister in law, from Nebraska, had to go carry her baby to term,... Despite the fact that the baby didn't have a brain.  fluid had built up in the baby's brain and they didn't catch it until late.  Very little of the brain formed.  The baby had no chance to live and was born dead, they had to drain the fluid from the baby's head to deliver it.  It was a traumatizing experience for everyone involved.

You might want to correct the title of the thread....

They upheld the ban... they didn't strike it down.

"The Supreme Court upheld the nationwide ban on a controversial abortion procedure..."

Amazing how the Libs in here don't want to touch a story that doesn't go their way....This is just the start towards overturning Roe V Wade.....
