Title: Toney Freeman is an ANIMAL!!

His spread in this month's MD is sick!  He has one of if not the best physiques in bb.  If only he could build a bigger and thicker cheast and some bak detail he could like like Ronnie from 1998.  His potential at 40 years old is crazy.  I hope these young guys see his physique and realize that the bloated gut is not the look they want.  His taper is what bb is all about.

I am pretty sure I was there for that shoot in Gold's Redondo.....They were shooting him, I assume that is what it was for. He is a very imposing man....real tall and massive. Some people there had an issue with his attitude....I thought he was fine though.

what do you do for your abs?

i'm shooting for 3 sets of 12 twice a month.  what do you think?

I agree he looks good, great taper.

But how is his potential at 40 good? It's probably downhill after 40  ???

A bigger & thicker chest would be difficult given his right pec tear - if he trained chest hard, I bet he would look quite unsymmetrical.
