Bench Press: 500lbs. x 6 reps.
Incline Dumbell Press: 200lbs x 10 reps ???
Barbell Curl: 225lbs x 10 reps.
Deadlift: 750lbs 1 rep.
Squat: 700lbs x 5 resps.
He's a very nice guy but what's the point with all this heavy poundage if you place 12th at Mr.O 2006

Interesting is the right word. Branch is a strong dude and I think these are best lifts, not regular basis lifts. So I dunno, maybe after some warm up as a max attempt he could get 10 x 200lbs on incline db...........maybe. It wouldn't be pretty though.

B.S. If that was true he would try to do those kind of lifts in his video...or at least close to them.

because that's what got him even that far? hell, crazy as it sounds, maybe the guy likes lifting heavy.
damn, guys just can't win. if he was 12th at the olympia and didn't train heavy you'd call him a pussy and say if he trained harder he'd do better, he gets 12th at the olympia and does train heavy and you ask why he bothers. ::)
