Ok couple questions here, i plan to start doing cardio 5 days a week first thing in the morn on an empty stomach, weight training later on. If my diet is high in protein will I burn muscle? FUrther I am currently on 500mgs a week of test cyp, how will this affect it? Further, I have ECA laying around, will this help or will it make me fat as I keep reading that it will increase insulin output, wouldnt that help prevent muscle loss? Im totally confused, help please.

i'm not gonna give you any advice, but i will ask what your height weight and bodyfat percentage are and what you plan on getting down to.

IMHO.....both the Test and protein will help you avoid a catabolic state.

It depends on what your carb intake is...If you are on low to no carbs, your body will go into Ketosis and burn fat as energy. But is you are no eating enough protein your body will use muscle. Do this in addition to what you are doing above and your should be ok.

Dude, if you have to ask as basic a question as this then you arent ready to use potentially dangerous drugs. Just my opinion. More research needed. :)
