Good job bro. If I may make a suggestion. Throw the calipers away. The only thing that they are good for is to measure skin thickness and progress and the mirror is better for that. If I am right on my math (and I suck at math ;D) you are 252.18 lean. Assuming that you get down to about 8 pounds of bodyfat (not 8%) then you would be about 260.18 shredded minus say about a gallon of water which would put you back to 252.18 shredded and dry on stage. Since we have not seen pics I guess you are the only one who can answer the question, are you 250 shredded? Just wanted to run that by you. Good luck bro.
