that would probably be a bitch to finish even with 10lbs dbs

i don't see really any reason for it. but yea even with 10's that wouldn't be the easiest accomplishment. however i read somewhere i think it was M&f when i was 14 target 70 reps for failure 30 seconds do another 30 reps. i might give it a shot idk. i used 10's for my bi's on that method for seated db curls and hammers, it gave me a hell of a pump and some killer pain although i had no idea how to diet back then. i'll give it a shot and let ya know how it works out. nothing wrong with trying something new.

All those guys who've gotten huge over the years by training hard, and progressively overloading the muscle have it all wrong!
You should start inventing exercises next....I'm sure you can come up with ones that are better than the current standards!

look i never said i was better than anyone, or that i knew more than anyone else. and i never said that i invented it. i just said i was gonna try something new. come on who doesn't go to the gym and occasionally feel the need to just try something different.

how it went,
it sucked. i mean yea i got a great physical pump, but zero physcological pump. it was just weird to say the least. if you like high reps go for it but i'm sticking to my 4-12 reps.

A while back just to see what I could do I repped the bar for as many times as I could. I got to something like 64 before I locked up. My arms just couldn't move anymore. pointless
