already look pretty lean, would say around 10%, how lean do you want to go? also, are you taking any 'supplements'?

believe it or not i'm far from lean...i'm clean ...only regenon with cafeine and aspirin 3xday , little carbs in the morning, chicken breast w/ barbeque sauce for the rest of the day. sat or sunday is all u can eat day. that's about it....i got more fat on me than the pics show.

if u aint juicing i wouldnt diet much more or you will start to lose muscle - if you are just dieting for summer and aint competing there is no need to go much leaner - you would already look lean to the average joe

Your " far from lean " ... that's funny, because I can see the seperations in your Quads. Yeah, your fat ! ;)

i got good separation..and i think it's genetic . I however am going for the paperthin/human anatomy chart look :)

Mate you look good but i wouldnt suggest getting any leaner - lose anothe 5-10lbs and you will look like you dont even lift. At the moment you have full abs and are just about hanging on to some size - dont do an adonis and diet down to a concentration camp victims physique :D

i agree with the posters who say don't diet down. you should work on adding some mass to your chest and back. an improved torso would really make your physique better. good delts/arms/legs though

well spotted...i'm actually planning to do an off season just for back, chest , hams , calves and side and rear delt.and biceps too. I want them to catch up to the rest of the b.parts.

Thanx....i'm adding 100 mg dianabol daily too keep some muscle on....i'll be doing 100g carbs from oats in the morning then for the rest of the day i'll be eating 1 kilo of chicken breast with some barbeque sauce. magnesium and sodium daily, regenon, 3 x a day with cafeine and aspirine, 30 min cardio daily , maybe one hour, i'll do this and will post pics in 2 weeks...not to forget 2 teaspoons of flaxseeds dayly also 3-4 liters of water.

every 7th day is high carb day...about 1000 g of carbs from oats, rice , pasta and bread.

Look good, small waist, killer quads. dbol should help thicken you up a little.

isn't it?...i can get a little bit better naturally but i'll plateau sooner than later. then the good stuff hopefully.
