Do I have to order from ironman or are COC grippers sold in fitness stores in Boston? How about the forearm blaster? Havent seen one sold around here

no idea. i live in europe ;)
but for COC there's alternatives out there that might be better/cheaper. go google for grippers and im sure youll find some. i think coc was the original one, but others has been released since.

CoC is still the best.
The only other option would be RB Grippers IMO.

Ivanko supposedly makes a good one, i used to see it advertised in Ironman magazine all the time, big ass thing with 5-6 springs on it.

i dont think its exactly the same but it does look interesting and more economic

Get yourself any kind of gripper, what quality isn't as important IMO. If you get hooked onto Grip Training, you will get CoC from 1-3 anyways.
Consider the first one a start. Make sure it has enough resistance. My advice would be for you to get a gripper that you almost can close, then proceed to do static holds with it two-three times a week, using the other hand to help close it.
After a few weeks you'll be able to close it yourself.

CoC grippers are great. Get them from the Ironmind web site. Shipping is quick.
