Title: Been to Puerto Vallarta?

Any one of you ever been there for vacation etc.?  I am going in June with some family and staying at Riu jalisco.  I was just wondering if there is anything cool to do in the area while there.  I'm hoping to bring back a bottle or two of (hopefully much cheaper) Cabo Wabo Tequila.

Thanks Cap...my first choice to go anywhere would've been Cabo (I want to go to Sammy's Cabo Wabo Cantina)...plus i heard the town is fun.  But the little lady is paying so I can't argue with that.

I was there a few summers ago for spring break. Don't really remember too much about exact place that we stayed because I was consistently drunk. It's a drive from Rosarito...which I think is a good thing ebcause you stay away from all the regular tourist spots. It's pretty scenic and overlooks the ocean. The best part of it was the lobster. I think all the lobster spots are pretty much the same in terms of the quality of lobster. For about $10 you get a lobster to yourself, beans, rice, tortillas, a shot, and a kool-aid like margarita. Lots of street performers and vendors when I went so it gave us a couple of things to do.
