There is a program that helps to download youtube vids
Thanks

I think you can get them on iTunes or download them through whatever podcasting program you like.

Might try doing a search on any torrent site for Fitshows (?), BB'ing, lifting, etc. You may, or may not, get luckly.Only requires a little patience and the price is free. Also requires a CD/DVD burner and a good software program like Alcohol 120%, Nero, AnyDVD, etc.(which you can also download free). Might go to mininova.org, pirateBay.com or BitComet.com for starters. Even if your not a computer geek (those guys really love that title) all of this is pretty simple to do. Can do a Google or DogPile search for more info.
Can also download new music albums, movies, applications,OS's, books, etc. Be warned, this is peer sharing with keygens or cracks to run most of the stuff you download. On the fringe of breaking the fairly new (and soon to be inforced) international copywrite laws. So you might not want to wait too long before downloading anything. Good luck.

I found a couple on youtube but they were more along the lines of a day in a life of a bodybuilder. Didn't find any solid training clips. I do use Minova/demonoid etc

I just went to Mininova.org, did a search (type in "Bodybuilding") and got 77 hits on movies and books on BB'ing. Including the '06 Mr O, Arnold, Kamili, etc. Did not try fitness or anything else like that, just "Bodybuilding" but there should be hundreds of other hits out there in Torrent land. Good Luck.

i dont know of any such program. ill go check for it. if its just the milos stuff you want might wanna consider buying his dvd secret of the pros, its all the fitshow stuff + 2 hours on nutrition and maybe more. probably worth the money.

Demonoid has the better selection. Of course all BB videos are pretty much the same thing. Milos at least covers the nutrition angle.
On most torrent sites you see the same stuff circulating. I was hesitant to buy Milos DVD and then find it circulating on the net the next day.
