I give my cat a bath right in the sink. She just sits there. When I first started her...I would put her in the shower with me inside. She knew I wasn't trying to kill her because I was in there too.

Now...it's no big deal.

why in gods name do you bath your cat? They need all that stuff when they lick themself, the only time I bathed my male cat was after he was fighting and I kinda helped to get the crust of.

cuz....dogs/cats lick themselves...which after time has a funk smell because of the dried saliva & dander.

You don't see them (unless you have a tiger at home) take a bath in the wild.. that should give you a hint ;)
