I live in the States and want some ephedra to keep my BF% in control this summer as I don't want to drop much weight (by changing the quanity of calories), I am at about 10-15% BF now but want to hover around 10% for the summer. Someone please help me cause the only kind of "illegal" drugs I can find are not for BBing related ;)

ephedra is worthless for bodybuilding, bb'ing is about building size not tearing it down.

No, it's just the past 2 years I have dieted down for summer and it sucked goin down in weight and not seeing much improvments over a 3-5 month period. This summer I want to continue to gain weight but not have to restrict my calorie intake to stay fairly lean.

Yeah dude yesterday at my gym was saying I shouldn't go off the diet i'm on now till I get to about 220-230lbs but I want to just drop the BF a little while maintaining my current diet.

Go to many local gas stations....I get ephedrine plus or mini thins....Both have 25mg of ephedrine per tab at around $10 per 24 pack...

Exactly, it brings out the jawline and more pronounced facial structure. I don't need to slim down much but I just don't want to have to cut back on food or have to cook meals ahead of time anymore then I already do.

I priced Broncaid for the hell of it the other day in Rite Aid and it was about 6.00 for 24 caps, a few more for the caffine pills, not too bad. I asked the guy behind the counter what the deal was and he said they make you sign a book when you guy it cause it's got stuff people "abuse" in it...didn't seem like a big deal to me to get some if you wanted to.

I took twice the dosage to see if it would work better and it still didn't do shit :-X
