I'm ready for the abuse. Still trying to get to 225. 219 as of today, will most likely start "something" in the next month or two.

A year ago I did some test for 8 weeks. Now, I'm not sure Something to help me add 10 pounds of somewhat lean mass.

try a slightly higher dose for 16 weeks...you will get there easily.

If you can get that weight(225) or are there and can maintain it count your blessing. I have to eat everything in the fridge just stay at 218-220.
Don't know why I am so obsessed with gaining more weight, guess you can say I have muscle dysmorph to say the least.

You have to realize that most people on here look pretty bad, you and I both know that. Most probably look nothing even remotly close to as good as me, and I still need work
