bad for you. I drink cause it is always on sale and I drink so much liquid.

i think probably only while working out or post-workout it is good. I would think any other time of the day it would just promote fat storage due to the insulin spike.

Agree, try crystal lite instead, or any of those type drinks with no sugar in them, Wylers makes one too that is just as good and cheaper than crystal lite. If you drink a lot of Gatorade you will get fat because it is relativly high in calories. 10 glasses of crystal lite= 1 glass od Gatorade in calories.
Gatorade is retarded, unless you are a day laborer and could care less how you look.

It's only excess calories. If you're playing a sport or are an endurance athlete then drink away, but don't sip it while posting on GetBig (not saying you do).

If using for PWO, use only the powdered form, which contains dextrose. The liquid form uses high fructose corn syrup which is not effective for insulin spiking.

I use 2 tsp after I lift it was suggested to me by a a great trainer Im not sure why but it was ;)
