Just wanted to show what improvements Ive made since my not being able to train for 4 months after the Olympoa 2006. I am now at 271 and getting better all the time. The opportunity presented itself to pose and I did it. It was fun though me and Jay were teasing each other all in fun.

Just wanted to show what improvements Ive made since my not being able to train for 4 months after the Olympoa 2006. I am now at 271 and getting better all the time. The opportunity presented itself to pose and I did it. It was fun though me and Jay were teasing each other all in fun.

What the hell are you talking about? His waist looks to be in control and has always been in control. Cutler has very broad shoulders, so his waist doesn't look bad at all.

I just don't want Jay to win...I really don't have anything against Jay I just don't think his physique personifies Mr. Olympia...Jay has nothing outstanding about him other than consistency in conditioning...When Big Ron was at his best he couldn't be touched by anyone, the same thing can never be said about Jay...There are several guys that can steal the Olympia from Jay just by coming in at their best, due to superior genetics...

Ronnie is On the same boat. He looked way better during the 99-01 years. GH and insulin is killing the sport. Sure it creates freaks, but there is not a future in that direction. Phil, Vic, dex, melvin, that is the future. That is what people wanna see.

Melvin and Jay's physiques are in total different points; you cannot compare size at ALL...if melvin was as dry as cutler is in those pics he would be much much smaller....Everyone looks huge offseason; it's when they dry out that you can see who has more actual muscle...I have no idea why jay is so dry; maybe he's laying off strong anabolics right now...

Jay probably is aiming at rebounding nicely when he starts Olympia preparations, that is why he stays almost competition ready right now. My guess he will get big as hell when he start regular consistent heavy lifting with mass diet/supplement...
