wow

i had better results in the first 6 months of training then this guy had in 6 years

brutal...this is an example of a dude who probably goes to the gym balls to wall for 2-3 weeks and then takes a 5 month break and goes back for a month or two.  probably did that for 6 years, so now he hasn't made any huge improvements

consistency is key if you dont want to look like earth worm jim

Hahaha, fuck I used to love that game.  Totally forgot about it.  His upperbody was pretty jacked in that suit though.
