Adela has a new site, www.adelafitness.com, and also was a pleasure to see and talk to over the weekend at the NPC Orange County Muscle Classic. Adela was at the GNC booth with Heidi Fletcher, and together, these two are a riot, always having fun!
And of course, Adela is a mod here, being around for a long time!

While men bodybuilding is the main staple here, there are some who are interested in figure and fitness, aka hardbody.com, and the Getbig.com women boards.
