I love it... makes the movement real resticted, the only thing is that when I do curls with 90lb It gets real heavy on the belly

Good for triceps pushdowns. Also for incline DB curls, takes the pressure off the front delts.

hahahahahaha, him and his "training buds" probably couldn't find one big enough to fit them anyway, they're so HUGE from their partial benches in the power rack with 22,000 pounds. ::)
