A recent article written by Milos Sarcev, titled ''The Rise and Fall of the Mass-Monster'' is a fascinating insight into an often unseen world.
Sarcev, often referred to as 'the mind', cadidly discusses his thoughts and feelings on these hideous and vile Meat Heads.
In summary, this fascinating document outlines, the modern-day-scourge that is the 'Mass Monster'.
Milos likens these 'freaks' to a cancer that is threatening to destroy Pro Bodybuilding.
He laments the passing of the Golden Era, and feels that all the good work carried out by Arnold has been lost.
Sarcev calls for the return of a more natural and harmonious physique.
He discusses the 'psyche' of these freakazoids, making reference to their lower than average IQ. And their unquenchable appetite for anabolic steroids.
Milos draws an analogy between the Mass Monsters and the Jurassic period. Highlighting that the extinction of the dinosaurs brought about 'a new change'.
Yes Milos, 'a new change' is desperately needed, if the sport is to survive!
A brilliant insight.
Thankyou Milos.

Bigger Business, you sound like such a mean and scary dude! Sorry if the article caused you so much outrage; that was not my intention.
I am more interested in constructive and intelligent debate about the scourge of the Mass Monsters.
I think we all concur, it is a worrying trend.
Peace

It's true I am
However, what are you basing bodybuildings demise on? I can assure you its not on supplement sales, you can thank the 'mass monsters' for that
-
Hank ... I like you. Now, if I remember correctly, didn't Milos have a problem with Synthol a while back when he was competing ... in his Biceps ? Interesting how " Milos " is calling for " the return of a more natural and harmonious physique ... " etc. when he, himself, was, and still may be, UN-natural and DIS-harmonious. I have NOTHING against Milos ... only this particular statement ( if he did in fact say it ). All's I say is practice what you preach, Brother. ;)

I hear you!
The 'size at all cost' mentality of the Mass Monster, is a flawed concept.
We need to promote healthy and achievable physiques if the sport is to survive in the long term.
The supplement industry debacle is a whole new 'can of worms'.

Yes, you raise some interesting points here.
Milos and the Synthol allegation.
Yes, people were calling for Milos' scalp back then! I am not sure of the validity of the claim.
Milos vehemently denied it, of course!

No Problem.
However, sometimes i find that being 'Pro Bodybuilding's Antihero' tends not to always sit well with me and my conscience.
On one hand, i respect Milos and his honesty, yet at the same time, feel that he is using his position and intelligence to exploit these Mass Monsters.

Hank, you are trying a bit too hard and it comes across as being condescending to the lads here. When you misuse words like 'instinction' for 'extinction' it makes me wonder about your education.
Milos came clean about the synthol and regrets that practice and the nasty consequence. He posted all about it here on Getbig.

Vince, thankyou for the feedback and proof reading. I appreciate the constructive critique.
You sound very 'switched on' and dont miss a thing. I am very impressed with your thoroughness!
I am sorry that you were offended by the article.
My condescending tone is only your interpretation Vince. And please, i would prefer that you let the 'lads here' (as you put it) speak for themselves.
Finally, i dont appreciate you rehashing the Milos/Synthol issue. Sounds to me that you are trying to stir up trouble for him. Vince, you are acting like your regular snake-in-the-grass!
Peace.
P.S. Good luck with your new diet !
