2 times  IFBB World BB Champion & 2006 Doha Asian Games 80- kgs winner Sitthi Charoenrith recently served as a monk in Tailand to gain merit for his late mother.
Sitthi Charoenrith is one of the best amateur bodybuilders in the world .

he looks so small in the pic...time off juice and most importantly training and diet will do that to u...i can imagine him eating rice and vegetables every meal. even if you are the champ, u shrink to shrimp

muscle is so temporary, u work so damn hard for it, and then even harder to keep it. we are so damn superficial

judging by the first pic, even as a monk he couldn't escape the shmoes.
