5 10, 202 pounds. I have discovered ECA and protein are pretty darn effective, and given up soda. No major changes to diet. Entering Mr getbig 2 in the fall.

Carrying baby around is a major part of it. Also giving shoulders their own day, and doing 6 sets of standing overhead barbell presses has helped chest and delts a bit. Arms are still bonerack skinny, but that's a genetic curse.

The left bicep has a nice scar from a cookie pan burn. Right bicep has a bruise, dunno where I got it. Either jumping around onstage or baby leaning on it all day.
For the record, synthol/escaline is stupid for pros to use, and outright insane for nobodies to use.
however, I consider it an incredible compliment!@!

Actually, I used to wear one in public. Last year I got caught in a freak thunder, lightening & rainstorm.
Got soaking wet and had to run into a store. I never realized before just how obscene you can
look when you're in a soaking wet wifebeater, with no bra, ...and the airconditioning is up high. :o
I almost poked an eye out. :-X

I saw earlier that you were trying to improve shoulders and traps.
I would suggest dead lifting every 5 days or so for the traps as they have done wonders for me. Try to use more lower back muscles than legs and don't use straps. This will also enable you to shrug much more weight than before.
For the shoulders I would do upright rows with a wide grip and bending over slightly. Bring your elbows way out and make sure not to use too much weight that your form suffers. As someone cursed with poor shoulder development I am now so much wider with much larger shoulders for doing these. I would also incorperate overhead presses for the front.
