Doctors told this man his had pancreatic cancer with merely months left to live. As a result, he got rid of everything: clothes, car, etc. He quit his job and lived the high life spending his life savings on hotels, restaurants, and holidays. A year later the doctors amended their diagnosis. He didn't have cancer after all, he had pancreatitis, a non fatal ailment. He is livid and now wants the hospital to pay? Should they? ;D

Right.... so if u were in his shoes, and you were told you had only months to live so you live "the life", but u had no ailment--- u would be completely satisfied as if you had planned to spend your money like that anyway right? Don't be so narrow minded

They should euthanasize him and hold up there end in saying he'd be dead >:(
-
The should compensate him for misdiagnosing him.
But they should not be held accountable for him wasting all of his money because of it, that was his own choice, and as an adult male he can not blame others for his own actions.
If Debussey killed someone because of a bad haircut, then its still Debusseys responsibility, not the hairdresser. The hairdresser = still responsible for the bad haircut.
