Hey everyone. I have been training pretty good (except legs--my new priority) for about 2 years now. I have made some good gains but I want more. I know my diet is not the best in the world. Does anyone know of any good books on nutrition? I know there is a lot of info on here and I have been reading up on it. Also if anyone wants to share some meal plans feel free to. I want to gain muscle while limiting fat gain. Thanks.

I'll tell ya what list up the foods you're eating right now with the carbs, fats, protein & greens and i'll help ya sort it out.

Breakfast: oatmeal, Morningstar soybean sausage patties, Protein drink
10 am: protein drink
12 pm: some type of meat, vegetable (salad,brocoli etc)
2 pm: PB sandwich
4pm: Carbo Force--while I workout
PW: Protein shake
7pm : meat, carb (potato, rice, ect) vegetable
9 pm: PB sandwich w/ glass of milk
I drink water throughout the whole day, no sodas etc
Just started taking flaxseed oil today. I think my problem may be the carbs and veggies now that I actually write it down myself.
