I believe he meant to say that his lat is the weight of an empty container.

I tare my late each morning before weighing it.  Sets a nice base weight. 
I do the same when weighing out my food.  Each container is a different weight, so I tare it before weighing out my food. 

Seemed like a natural progression to tare my late each morning as well. 
That way I know exactly how much mass I gain on that lat each day.

Seemed like a natural progression to tare my late each morning as well. 
That way I know exactly how much mass I gain on that lat each day.

Now if they would just learn how to tare each late so they be balanced again  :P

haven't posted here in awhile for a reason, but thats an old pic of a media shoot in Toronto for TSN & ESPN back in 2005..
