Or is Dennis James starting to fade?
I see the beginnings of Palumboism. He has had the first sign of it for years, looking great 4 weeks out.
Now it's starting to show onstage too.

his legs are shrinking.

his legs are shrinking.
Too bad it isn't his gut......
-
looks like everything is shrinking except his stomach.
Also getting the weird nuclear fallout skin consistency.

Not the most pleasing genetics, but has had a good run. That gap between his ab plates is getting too HUGE!!!!.
Compare his front double bi to victor richards and you see only the best will stand soon.

Shari's leggs are also shrinking.

i think he is purposely trying to downscale his physique, which is a smart move.
i think he looked better than in a long time. DJ main problem is his ab structure+bloat. his distention was reduced in the NY pro but not gone.

Dennis is finished, he should take time off (a couple of years) detox and what not and than plan a successfull comeback ;) that's the way to do it.

i dont agree...i think he looks better than he has done in years.
DJ if you are reading this: downscale your physique to rid yourself of your gut problems. im afraid tho that he has altered his ab structure forever due to the high offseason weight/competition weight (for his structure) he carried for years.

I'm just a beginner, but I hope I look that bad on my way out. DJ is of the freak class, we should expect the midsection issue, but otherwise, he looks like that cartoon look that I started training for. He isn't perfect, but I've admired his look since the '00 Battle For The Olympia. He may just win the Keystone this month. 2 Cents.
