not have arms smaller than 18" chest must be at least 46" gotta weigh at least 225 bench at least 500 pnds be able to squat 700 not have gyno to hell with the six pack you've got an 8 be at no more than 5% bodyfat. have competed in every show known to man. and last but not least be able to prove it.
seriously what happend to bodybuilding being about getting there or making progress instead of already being there? not everybody on the board is that way but there's a few.

That's easier then Mayhems criteria. You have to have a net worth of over 100k, drive a corvette and not have kids due to partying and travel.

good answer. yea its a meltdown i tell ya. wait isn't melting down that of someone who is ashamed of what he or she looks like. i may not look the best in the world but i've nothing to be ashamed of. i'm in decent shape and healthy. and i'm putting on muscle. whats to be ashamed of again?
