Title: help my friend loose 2 kgs

guys my friend wants to loose 2 kgs iof fat in 10 days ,so was asking me what supplement should he take:
1_pure ephedine 15mg b 4 exercise(he hates cardios,loves weight training)
2_SANs TIGHT product.3)LIPO6 by nutrex..

he will be following in  a diet too but he aint doining cardios..
hope all advice!!

Whats he losing this weight for, a weigh in? Cut all his carbs and do the ECA stack.  Cardio for an hour every morning.

What's that come out to, about 4.5lbs, correct?
If he wants to make a big dip in weight in one wk tell him to eat only protein and veggies for one wk...I assume this is for some kind of "making weight" thing?

Taking ephedrine is not going to do much for him here...things like lypo6 are crap. There are good fat burners out there, but very, very few.

Last off, tell your friend he's a bitch for not doing cardio. If he want to lose some weight that bad to make a certain weight, wouldn't he do what ever is necessary?

If its just a numbers game just get in a sauna suit and do some cardio 4.5 lbs will drop off in no time assuming he's well hydtrated.

He doesn't have to do cardio if he doesn't have too. Have him lift with shorter rest periods with higher reps. Muscles burn more calories this way.

When performing any intense work, you begin breathing faster and faster…in fact, you will go aerobic within a few minutes if the work efforts demand so much of your anaerobic energy systems that the demand for energy can’t be replaced by intermediate and anaerobic energy systems (fast glycolytic and aerobic).

ARBUTEROL by UNIVERSAL NUTRITION, that will help him shed water weight safely over 5 lbs easily and it´s not a doping substance...
