over 6 feet so as not to look "blocky" over 285 pounds yet has to have a sub 30 inch waist, must have veins but not too many veins, must have separation but not so much as to look too freaky, must have "shape, symmetry, separation and flow" not be too big, have calves, neck and arms all in proportion, not look too unhealthy, must have perfect facial features, must have perfect cholesterol levels, perfect liver function, be totally natural and must have perfect hair, and must bench press 1000 for reps and squat 1500 for reps, did i leave anything out?
