Could I have gone overboard with my lowcarb diet?
I swear I went up to the vending machines and got me one flapjack chocolate and one Snickers... had them on my table opened the flapjack... thought about it and gave both of them to the fatest guy in my team.

That is normal with low carb days.

Seriously guys, what would help? Apart from eating carbs of course ;)
I feel the same as when I get sick... heat rush... I'm not dehydrated I dring 4-5 liter a day.

i always feel that way at the start of the diet but usually after the 2nd week im used to it and feel fine.
you should make sure your protein intake and fat/ efa's are high enough.
what type of low carb diet is it?
what is the macronutrient breakdown?
are you having a high carb day?
