I will tell you already this is not going to go over well. MDMA? Dont even ask about recs!

I would say if you want to have a beer or two it would probably be OK. I do not drink at all while on cycle, and not much more than a glass of wine when not on. Alcohol will hinder your gains and put a damper on protein synthesis. You will feel much weaker when you start to train again.

If you're worried about calories, then stick with clear liquor. But as far as the effects of alcohol have on all the things 4th just mentioned, it doesn't matter where it comes from...the body does not know the difference.

Is it going to kill you to have a drink or 2? No, but you will feel it when you go back to the gym.

Also, saying I'm going to drink and there is no other option...can you at least admit that saying something like this makes you sound a little bit stupid?

Drink whatever you want...one night will not have any negative effects unless you are prepping for a show. just don't get wasted and dehydrate yourself too much.

i would personally drink some nice dark beers...i will have a few Guiness every now and then but only if the next day is a non-training day.

I would like to know what this "one night" event is?

I don't really see why you even posted the question, it sounds like your gonna get wasted no matter what anyone says.

OK I'll be straight up with you,

This is a excerpt from the American Journal of Science and Medicine:

----while using anabolic steroid's our "test" students that drank a average of 1-6 alcoholic beverages a week showed elevated toxic level associated with premature liver failure-----

Did the study say what steroids they were taking?

Drol,Methyl Test, Halo, D'bol are all a bit hard on the organs to start. Prolly best to severly limit drinking on these for their duration.
I think that it may increase chances of gyno also.

idk if you've looked at the studies they've published before, but it's almost always a very mild dose of dianabol, anadrol, or test.  the ethics boards won't let anyone give too heavy of a dosage because of the "possible long term effects"

Bacardi and diet has the least amoubt of calories. rehydrate before bed (3 or 4 glasses of water), pop a multivitamin, and some advil. Next morning I always feel 40mcgs of Clen gets you back in the swing.

I do too.  The only problem with Guinness is the fact that Guinness in Ireland  tastes so much better than the Guinness you get in America.

Hahaha...we are drinkers and fighters bro!!!

i'm just a huge Tyson fan before all the bullshit...i've watched all his fights 100 times and studied every part of his style i could. in "my opinion" he is the best slugger ever. he was a brutal KO artist and was just plain mean! watching his knockout highlights makes me smile. dudes getting knocked through the ropes, trying to get up and their legs are rubber(Berbick). besides the fact that he's crazy i think in the 80's and early 90's he was by far the best ever.

i did alot of kickboxing in my teens and early 20's...i still do bagwork twice a week and spar with a few friends a few times a month.

I love the slow-mo of his knockouts in ESPN's "Mike Tysons Greatest Hits". Devastating Power delivery.Awesome.
Mike Tyson Quote - "These guys coming at me w/ these Primitive skills, might as well be dead men.".
Unfortunately most good Prof. fighters manage to throw it all away somehow. It's no different w/ the Thai kickboxers, most end up physically destroyed, taken advantage of by managers, and nothing to show for it.
