the Optimum nutrition said they had a free sample of their post workout drink

thought it was going to be like Animal, with their free single serving packet of Animal Pump

noooooooo

got 24! count 'em 24 cans of it!

Plus free ABB protein bar

and four different whey shakes

I can't believe it!  yaaaah!

I'll let you know how the stuff is soon.  I got suckered into working 9 hours straight today so when I can feel my legs I will go to bed (lost 3 pounds today too, ouch!)

I can't sit here glued to the damm screen all night long, I have things to do

btw the ABB protein bar was absolutely delicious, I am going to stock up on them

well, I will maybe get to waste some time on here this evening, but I have a lot to do and work has been keeping me very busy

oh yeah, like Gnny Sgt Hartman, the more you hate me the more you will learn  ;)
