Sarc, no offence man, but why did you stop the dieting? You seemed to be doing pretty well....I think you should bring your physique down to a good bodyfat level, not like stage ready or anything. You really will look better. Hop back on, even if you slow it down, maybe not a full out diet effort. Getting caught up in measurements, weight etc... is never the best idea. Not directed at you per se, but say 19" arms with zero definition are no where near as impressive as say Mindspin's arms...at 17.5 or so...
