I saw a russian magazine the other day, apparantely published in London for the russians there... it had Steven Seagal on the cover and a big interview with him both in russian and english... so of course I read it 8)
He talked about his energy drink, his guitarplaying, him being a buddist etc.

Did he ever have a moustache????
-
that's a good question!
-
He's no CHUCK NORRIS!!!
-
he was in tears and went running to the feds when the gambinos did business with him.
-
He can sing too!(he's actually not that bad)
-
I liked Seagal and his movies until he started getting “preachy,” and his films became rhetoric vehicles.
It started around the time he made On Deadly Ground when, at the end, he launches into this big, long monologue about bashing oil companies and saving the environment.
Whether I agree with your politics or not is irrelevant.
I’m always interested to hear different celebrities’ views, concerns and ideologies, but please don’t let it SMOTHER your movies.
Even if I agree whole-heartedly with the film's message, I don’t want to feel like I'm being preached to when watching a movie for entertainment.

anyone seen ritchie?
-
Yeah but in those 80s films he wore his jeans way too tight. Dont get me wrong, most guys today, espeacially kids, wear their jeans too baggy. They should be snug to accentuate the shape of your legs and muscles. But everytime I see him in HARD TO KILL my balls hurt.

yeah, that was slightly better. on the other hand, he's made some unwatchable movies too like the foreigner, belly of the beast, out for a kill etc..
I heard he's still getting 1 mill a movie

1 mil minus taxes, minus agent fees, minus managing fees = $150k

"July, 2005 :
Many in Hollywood were surprised to see in a lawsuit filed against Steven Seagal recently that the actor was collecting a salary of about $4 million for his work in a DVD premiere movie. For years, that figure represented the high side of the entire budget for a DVD premiere, then known more pejoratively as direct-to-video movies.
And back then they tended to be films that were not good enough to get theatrical distribution. But since the '80s, that market has grown to about $3 billion and now produces movies never intended to be shown in theaters."
